My Life With Too Many Details
I was born and raised in West New York , N.J., drafted during The Viet Nam War and upon returning home, I went to Fairliegh Dickinson University and finally finished my education 9 years later at Rutgers University.
I worked in bars, clubs and restaurants to support my education, and to feed my young family. I moved into management and bought my first of many restaurants soon after.I learned that treating people fairly was a good habit and it paid off. I also learned that service was primary. Even an occasional glitch was not a problem if I handled it properly.
I still use the lessons I learned now that I am a realtor. I insist on dealing in win- win transactions and again, in my 10 years in selling houses in Florida they have served me well.
I continue my real estate education by taking courses in finance, up to date zoning , and distress sales, etc., to keep abreast of today's challengeing and changing market.
